Hydroeyes-HS Eye Drops (Cyclosporine ophthalmic emulsion) is indicated to increase tear production in patients whose tear production is presumed to be suppressed due to ocular inflammation associated with keratoconjunctivitis sicca. Increased tear production was not seen in patients currently taking topical anti-inflammatory drugs or using punctal plugs. Hydroeyes-HS Eye Drops is used in the treatment of severe keratitis (inflammation of the cornea) in adults. Also, it is used to treat dry eyes in patients whose condition has not improved with artificial tears. Hydroeyes-HS Eye Drops contains Cyclosporine, which works by increasing tear production and decreasing inflammation (swelling) in the eye.
