Tenoretic® - Atenolol/Chlorthalidone

Tenoretic is a medicine which is used to treat hypertension. We carry the generic version that goes by contains the same amount of the active ingredients (Atenolol/Chlorthalidone) as the name brand just cost less.

Tenoretic contains two medicines - atenolol and chlortalidone. Atenolol works by blocking the effects of certain chemicals in the body which may cause high blood pressure. Chlortalidone works by removing excess fluid from the body by increasing the amount of urine that you pass. The two medicines work together to lower blood pressure.
