Ranolazine

This medicine is an anti-angina medicine used alone or in combination with other medicines to treat chronic angina. It will not treat an acute angina attack. It may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor.

This medicine is used when medicines such as beta-blockers and/or calcium antagonists have not successfully controlled the symptoms of angina, or have caused unacceptable side effects.

Ranolazine is a prescription medicine used to treat adults with angina that keeps coming back (chronic angina). Ranolazine may be used with other medicines that are used for heart problems and blood pressure control.
